lol i wouldn't take the 125w to seriously. I own an fx-6300 and under full load 264 encode i get power draw of 148w at stock clocks! that can increase to around 180w or more at 4.4ghz. AMD is notorious for underquoting power draw.
notice the stock fx-8350 pulling 170ish watts. The FX-9370 is just an overclocked 8350 and its rated at 225w! And it draws that much. Seriously. So an overclocked 8350 at 4.3-4.5 will pull the same power as an FX-9370.
My m5a-97 is only rated for 125w but it's holding up fine so it isn't a deal breaker, bt be aware you will be chewing up into mid 200's with that beast!
The 125 watts is the TDP. It normally does not draw this much power. Not sure where to find power-OC curves. One way to determine this is to use a "Kill-a-watt" meter. This will tell you the total power consumption. Check values before and after.
