I am running windows on my SSD.
And i want to run the games on my hdd and record webcam and gameplay the same time.
Is that possible on my HDA 1000GB WD WD10EZEX 7200rpm 64MB( WD10EZEX ) ?

It really stresses the HDD, especially when you are recording at high resolution. Using the same storage device for the
game and the recording file isn't impossible, but it may cause noticable HDD perfomance issues...

if you gonna record on hdd then your gameplay will be choppy @1080p 30fps recording let alone 60fps
ramdisk is what you need but that will need tons of RAM or you can try something like this which doesn't need that much RAM
http://www.legitinformation.com/record-desktop-in-1080p-using-fraps-and-primocache-on-low-end-systems/
make sure that you are getting constant 60fps prior to recording because if you you use vsync and your frame rate drops below 60 then due to vsync your frame rate will drop down to nearest sync rate (half of your refresh rate) that is 30 fps
else disable vsync
