How do I delete/stop an active task?

I'm running Windows 8.1 and have been playing with the Task Scheduler a bit to get comfortable with how it works. In the process of doing that, I created some little run-once tasks. They ran days ago and just did something trivial but I still see some of them in my list of Active Tasks. (You can see those by right-clicking on the Start Button, clicking on Computer Management, then selecting Task Scheduler under System Tools.)

I'd like to delete these tasks but I'm not finding any way to do that. If I right-click on them in the Active Task list, which I thought would get me a context menu with a delete option, nothing happens. I don't see a delete option anywhere else either. These tasks aren't anywhere in Task Manager either so I can't kill them there.

Does anyone know how I can remove these three tasks?

How do I find "show processes from all users" in Windows 8.1? I've seen that option in other versions of Windows but don't see it in 8.1. I've looked everywhere, including each Task Manager tab and menu option. If I don't get that option, does it mean that I'm already seeing everyone's processes? If it does, I don't see my three tasks even when I click on "Expand all".
