Check that all the power connectors are plugged in.your cpu power connector,your graphics card power connector,and your motherboard power connector.also make sure that the dvi or hdmi cable is plugged into your graphics card not your motherboard.Make sure everything is properly seated.Also try removing your motherboard and check if there is any motherboard standoff in incorrect position which may ground out the board and prevent it from starting up.
