Hello, recently i've encountered issues in gaming because of realtek soundcard build-in mobo

Wanted to know if I should buy a usb sound card or a PCI

Also wanted to know if these will do the work

Just to be clear, I want to disable my current sound card through bios and use another one

It's a long story... I had permanent freeze assassin's creed multiplayer, and makes a sound loop, with no way of exiting except turning off the pc,
so read about it on other game, tried all solutions, none worked, the only option was that the sound card is problematic... so I disabled it through the BIOS, and it worked perfect with no freezes
