This is not really a solution but anyway, I checked the links and it appears that you are already are at the tested speed so even if you can oc,I wouldn't suggest you to. Also if this is for games keep in mind that faster ram does not have a big impact on games performance, it will get you about 1-5 more FPS.

Possibly, but not likely. The only way to know for sure is to try it out.

Those chips are native DDR3-1600 integrated circuits which have been hand picked and overvolted to run at DDR3-2133. There are native DDR3-2133 integrated circuits on the market (they're used in the XBox One) that can easily be binned and picked to run at DDR3-2400+ speeds, but stability at that speed can be hard to achieve. In all likelihood the gains from DDR3-2133 to DDR3-2400 will not be worth the effort, but if you have the time and patience to do it, go for it.

Odd, I've OCed a number of these sets to to 2400 w/ no problem, in fact I've also done so with with the Ripjaws Z sets, the Snipers, and the the Trident X that are 2133/9...contrary to the popular mis-belief that many have not all DRAM on the market are all native 1600 ICs.

I don't have any on me to test but at least one review (with pictures) points to the ICs being Hynix H5TQ2G83CFR-H9C. These are only rated to DDR3-1333, not even DDR3-1600 like I thought. DDR3-2400 would be a near 100% OC on these. Hynix chips are awesome, so I'll have to take your word for it! There are higher speed bins available, so maybe they're using newer chips.
