I booted up the windows 7 installer (from my DVD drive) clicked advanced options in the installer and clicked my C: Drive and there was no option to format the hard drive.

Solution

Yes.....you have to actually boot from the DVD. You will then find the options to manipulate the partitions.
As the message in your image way up there states. "To make changes to partitions, restart Windows from the installation disc."

There is not even a option to delete the partition. I just need to have it format it so I can re-install win7 >_<

In the top portion of the window, what happens when you click on a partition?

Possibly a screenshot would help here.

Nope, I have the legit 32 and 64bit installation discs. I booted the 64bit disc into my DVD drive and there was no option to format or restart the system from within the installer. I am very confused at this point and would just like to format my C: Drive -.-
