league of legends fps drops??

hy why i have fps drops from 60 to 40ish in teamfights,im playing on 1440x900 on medium setings and medium shadows,i have frame rate uncapped and vsync turn on.i have core 2 duo e7300,hd 6670 1gb ddr5 and 4gb ram ddr2?i was looking on net and on youtbe man has 60fps maxed out 1920x1080 when recording???
why i have drops

Turn off Vsync. Do not trust youtube.

that means teamfight,same thing i puted shadows to low.again but when i haved my old gt 630 i played very easy medium 60lock.drivers updated.

Did you remove the old drivers properly and do a registry sweep before installing the new card?

well DDR2 ram is kind of slow by todays standards, even though you have enough of it, it cant process the data fast enough, have you tried playing on the lowest settings?
LoL isn't meant to be a graphically impressive game. And you shouldn't play it with any graphics settings that could hinder your performance.

he might have better DDR2 ram than you. Ram comes in different speeds, you might have really slow ram, but alot of it.

i have 4 stick 800mhz and he also,now i meausered uages and in teamfights my GPU usage is 41max and my cpu was like 80-90% and my ram on 2,80 usage.
my fps dropped to 45

Well then it's your CPU holding you back.
Which means a new motherboard, and new ram as well. Likely a new power supply too.
