can i run gta v, bf4

I wanted to ask that will i be able to play next gen games like gta v , bf4,COD ghosts and nfs rivals with these specs
Amd fx 8320 processor
R9 270x gpu
8 gb ram
If yes, then at what settings like high or very high

Definitely yes. I run BF4 at medium-high settings at 1080p with an AMD 7850 (slightly better than a 260x), 30 - 70 fps, and your GPU is much more capable, no doubts about it. I would say you can run high in most games, if not ultra depending on resolution.

Be careful. Make sure you understand how Mantle works. That 40% improvement is in scenarios where the CPU can bottleneck the GPU. If the system already has a powerful CPU, that improvement will be much much less. We're talking about 10% on a good day.
