MSI A78M-E35 Confusion

so I am looking at this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130741

because as I have read on the internet it carries support for my a10-5800k and its 7660D graphics, and I have also read that it does not. I have also read and seen a video of someone using an FM2 chip whith a pci 3.0 graphics card, but I have also read that you can only use pci 3.0 while using a FM2+ chip.

does anyone know the correct information for this part? the places that I have seen it will work are trustworthy places to me, but the places I have seen it won't work are also trustworty sources? any help?

From MSI website, you can see : " Only FM2+ processors can support PCIe 3.0 " http://us.msi.com/product/mb/A78M-E35.html#?div=Detail

Also the a10-5800k ( FM2) has the pcie2.0 GPU, and the a10-7700k ( FM2+)has the the pcie3.0 GPU.

so are you saying I cant use pci 3.0 at all with an fm2 chip? because I have seen fm2 chips running with a 3.0 graphics card before? is it just my a10 in specific that cant be used with a 3.0 graphics card?
