EVGA GTX 770 noise?

When gaming with my gtx 770 the fans speed up and this causes something, somewhere in my card to vibrate, not like vibrate against something but just vibrate at a certain frequency, like this http://video.mit.edu/watch/tuning-forks-resonance-a-beat-frequency-11447/ not the same pitch, but the same kind of sound. I've tried tightening the screws and reseating the card a few times but it doesn't fix it. The noise can be heard at all fan speeds, and as fan speed increases, so does the intensity of the noise.

I'm assuming this isn't normal... do you think newegg will give me a replacement?

I actually had a similar problem with my EVGA GTX 770. It would make a vibrating or screeching sound as the fans ramped up. I RMAd with EVGA through their website and they sent me a new card no questions asked. I'm guessing it is a known issue. My new card makes no noises whatsoever, and it was a new card not a refurb :) So I would say RMA. I did mine through EVGA after registering my card.

I thought they only replaced with refurbs, did you say anything to get them to send you a brand new one? Did you have to pay for shipping? I've never RMA'd before as this is my first build.

Didn't say anything other than what my problem was, EVGA has pretty good customer service imo. You have either the option of them sending you a box to mail it in, then waiting for the replacement card to return, or a premium replacement option where they take you credit card number, send you a new card, and then you mail yours back in the box the new one came in. The credit card is charged full retail if you don't return your old card within 14 days, but you don't have to wait without a GPU for a week or 2.

Register your card on the EVGA website, then sift through the options yourself :) All your questions should be answered on the website.
