XFX 7750 problem

I bought a XFX 7750 a couple months back and it was running fine (Just Cause 2 1920x1080 all max 60 FPS). But a few weeks back it started running with the same settings at 20 FPS. can you guys help me?
I have a AMD 8350 processor, 8 GB of RAM and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bits and all drivers are up to date (if this helps).

What is your card stock GPU clock? I think 800 MHz is the stock clock but I can't find the card on XFX website, and if that is the case then your problem lies else where. Did you change any 3d settings in catalyst before the frame rate drop happen?

800 MHz is the stock. The only thing that I changed was the scale to fit in my monitor

In order to scale your monitor, it has to be set to a resolution lower than its native resolution and you have to be using a digital cable (DVI, HDMI, Displayport).
So either do this or revert to the previous configuration with the native resolution of your monitor.

But it was working fine when I changed the scale it started going crazy like 3 weeks after.

the frame rape droped in all of the games I see the temperature on the catalyst and it doesn't go above the normal acording to the amd site
