So i have just replaced the GPU on my brand new pc. But im experiencing some new issues. When im playing games sometimes my screen will turn yellow and black -ish, and sometimes it does an immediate shut down for no obvious reason. It doesn't turn back on unless i switch the the rocker on the power supply and let it shut off completely and then reboot. help please?

I was afraid you would say it was a TR2 model. That line of PSUs is very low quality. Check out where it falls in this tiered PSU list. (You have to look at the very bottom of the list).

The tier 5 PSUs where your PSU falls has the following description: "Tier five - Replace immediately. These units are NOT recommended for any system, no matter the purpose. Reference to higher tiered models for a better and potentially money-saving unit". You should get a quality PSU for a stable, long lasting system.

You haven't given us nearly enough information. What are the complete system specs including model numbers? Have you monitored the CPU/GPU temps to see if it's overheating? It sounds like either a cheap PSU that's not able to provide enough clean power or an overheating problem. Most likely an overworked cheap PSU since you mentioned the problem starting when you upgraded the GPU.

Gpu; AMD raedon Hd 7770 2gb version
Cpu: AMD FX 8320
PSU: Thermalake 600W
Mobo: Asrock 970 pro
8 GB ballistix ram
And yes its custom built. There is no on board video, and I've taken it to a local shop and they said it had a bad Gpu but ive replaced it. I'm not sure about over heating I Thought was the issue at first but it will shut its self off only after being on for around 10 minutes. It has two fans on the GPU and ive had it running for a good couple of hours with no issues but it just has issues sporadically. It never shuts it self off while im gaming just when im browsing the net or watching netflix.
