how to record only IN GAME AUDIO and seperate skype from the recorded audio

Hey guys, ive got a big problem here. So I want to record a game using Nvidia Shadowplay because it has almost no system drawbacks etc... The problem is that with I use that to capture audio it just takes all the audio from my system and since its in beta I cant edit anything within the program. Is there a recording program that can record my in game audio only?

Yeah Ive tried that but it picks all system audio except for your mic.
