bclk frequency And voltage Please help !

I need help my bclk frequency and voltage keeps gong up and down ever few seconds like 200 to 201. U can go in the bios and watch it go up and down it makes my ram and cpu change to witch is making my system unstable . I have nothing overclocked . I just got a new motherboard and its dong it to . Could it be my cpu, ram or psu has gone bad ??????
my cpu is a fx 8350
ram is vengeance lp 1866 16gb
psu is a tx 750w
motherboard is a gigabyte 990fxa ud5
gpu is gigabyte 770gtx


PLEASE HELP I DONT NO WHAT COULD BE DONG IT !!!
 
Solution
Do not panic.
The CPU / Motherboard will automatically lower it's voltage input when it is in a lower usage state as well as the CPU will underclock itself.
As for the BCLK, that will fluctuate ~2MHz in ether direction (198MHz-202MHz on a 200MHz bus) under normal usage.
