I am currently standing with a issue.
I had a Vista PC, but recently changed to a Win 7 PC.
I have a HP Color LaserJet 3550 USB printer, which just doesn't want to get installed.
I know it is under "printers not supported in Win 7" but people have found ways to fix it. Only problem is those I have found on google didn't work.
So to sum it up:
Issues getting an HP USB printer installed.
Tried downloading Vista drivers and using them - didn't work.
When I plug it into the USB, it doesn't try to install drivers or anything - it just pops up under
"unregistered devices" in "devices & printers".
Please help if you can, since I need the printer and can't afford buying a new one..
