I have an HP laptop with windows 8 and it connects to like if I was at McDonalds or Starbucks it connects to their network but I'm trying to connect to my 5 from Verizon jetpack and it will not connect and I check my my drivers and I've done I reset on my computer refresh and it still says everythings properly working why cant i connect
