hello community, I recently upgraded my computer with a evga classified 780 & hyper 212 evo currently running at 4.4 ghz on turbo clocks. Im enjoying the card but im having a problem and ill try to be as specific as possible. Im getting screen tearing near the top of my screen, my previous video card never had such a problem I was running a 7870 ghz edition. First I noticed that the card doesn't scale well on my sony bravia (older tv). Its native resolution is 1360 x 768 @ 60hz. I had to play around with the scaling options until something worked , my previous card never had issues @ 1080p (yes i know my tv is downscaling ) but with this card the edges of the screen cant be seen.
I tried changing the settings on the adjust desktop option but I still get screen tearing on anything that runs faster than 40 fps. (video included, though only when in full screen)
before anyone brings up vsync, its on let application decide, and yes even when I force it on, the problem persists.

700 watt thermal take psu
