setup.exe unkown author tries to run at startup

How to get rid of this setup.exe file or program that is causing the problem.
I have found 2 files that might be the source of the problem but the delete option is gone from right click menu.

Unfortunately, "setup.exe" is a very, very typical file name for an installation program. Many applications use it. (Lazy developers)

This thing has somehow gotten into your startup sequence.
Start the PC
Disallow running that
Open Windows Explorer
Search for 'startup.exe'

See what is returned and where.
Also, msconfig will allow you to change what gets run on startup.
