What's wrong with my CPU temps?

I just turned on my computer today and surfed the web, I'm also downloading a game off steam. I don't have it under full load, when I do it's around 60 degrees celsius.

When it's idling it's around 30 degrees celsius or less, maybe it goes to 33 or 34 here and there.

I have a Intel Core i5-4670k @3.4Ghz w/ Stock Cooler

Sorry about that! Just nervous.

It's the stock cooler for now, I want to get a CM Hyper 212 EVO later on
But it's at idle and hitting those temps, I worry how high it'll go when I'm gaming.

It is a new build, built it around 3 days ago.

My case is the Xion-XON 560 (Black)

My i5-4670k clocked at 4.2 GHz with a 1.18v idles around 30 degrees, under full load (w/o AVX) stays around 65 degrees, and under the most stressful tests like Prime95 (small FFT) hits 80 degrees with a hyper 212+ and AS5.

I'd say your temps aren't out of the ordinary, although the idle is a bit high. You haven't provided much information though, so who knows?

Here's all the information:

Idle (When I'm not playing games, maybe have 1 tab in google chrome open)
Before: 30 degrees celsius average
Now: 50 degrees celsius average

Full load (When I play graphicly intense games, such as Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag)
Before: 60 degrees celsius average
Now: (TOO SCARED TO EVEN PLAY LOL)

I have a i5-4670k at the stock speed of 3.4Ghz and it's cooled by the Intel Stock Cooler it came with.
I've had the build for 3 days so far, and everything was running smoothly until today.

I have a Xion XON-560 case with mesh all around the sides of the case to allow airflow
I also have a custom 80mm fan in the back I got from an old computer of mine
And a 120mm fan that already came with my case in the front

I always keep my room cool, with the window open to allow the cool air in.

Yesterday I did hardcore gaming, it reached 60 degrees - highest recorded was 65 degrees.

But when I exited the game the temps went back down to 27, 30, 34 degrees - etc
But now that I rebooted my computer the next day the temps are high and I'm not doing anything demanding, just have google chrome and HWMonitor on.

So your idles are 20 or so degrees higher all of the sudden?

Are you using AIDA64 or HWMonitor to be sure that it's actually idle? Make any changes to the CPU fan throttling in the BIOS?

No I didn't edit anything, I just kept going my normal schedule. All of a sudden temps rose today. I have no idea what's going on.

I just do what I do every day, I use HWMonitor all the time and today was a sudden change.
