Hi,

I have recently encountered a problem with my audio and specifically microphone audio. This was not present up until about a month when I've been constantly told on either skype, TS, ventrilo etc. that my microphone makes my voice inaudible to others.

The sound coming from my mic is and I quote:

"You sound like you're in a bathroom taking a s***t".
"You sound like you're standing in a wind."
"Dude, get a new mic."
"Shut the f**k up!".

I honestly get flustered when I hear this and obviously I had to check what's the big deal here. I have tested two other microphones and I've been told that same thing happens. I am confused.

I am using HD audio from my motherboard both from front panel and rear panel directly on my motherboard and same thing happens in both cases.

I have tried to reinstall audio drivers and leave only the REALTEK ones installed. This didn't help.

Let me give you a preview "http://www64.zippyshare.com/v/7247534/file.html". However, this isn't how it usually sounds, its often 100 times worse and you can't hear a thing I'm saying".

My PC Spec:

Win 8 Pro
GTX 770
Corsair CX600M
Asus P8Z77-V LX
Audio Driver 6.0.1.7050
Audi Codec ALC887
Audio Controler HD Audio

I'd like to add that I tried testing USB microphones and they are working very good. Crystal clear audio from my mic, it seems like the 3.5mm is screwing me up.

Help me solve this please!
