so i am trying to use a flash drive to mount the iso from ubuntu onto a flash drive and then boot to the flash drive from my old computer that currently has lubuntu on it. i set the usb device to boot first, and then restarted my computer( with the flash drive in already) and pressed f9 to access boot options and selected the usb drive, but the cursor just blinks a couple of times, goes black, and then lubuntu just starts to boot (the hdd is the third boot device) how do i make this work?

Ubuntu + flash drive: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-sti...

It won't work from just the ISO. PenDriveLinux to create the flash drive.
