Could I please Have some advise on my build?

My only gripe is windows 8. Personally I don't feel its a superior OS to windows 7 and has a lackluster user experience. Everything else looks good. I'm on the fence with the 760 I personally would probably try and get a r8 280 or a Gtx 770/780 but budgets are budgets.

Thanks for the advise, ill try and go with windows 7, on the graphics card, I have a gtx 760 and i find it fine to use, if going fo the gigabyte option with windowfrce, would it be overclockable?
