GTX 770 ligthning + i7 2600 = under 30 fps in almost every single game????

ive bought my GTX 770 lightning a few months ago and at first i was thinking that it will be overkill for the resolution of my monitor ( 1360 x 768 ), but now it looks like i need 4 of these to play terraria or games like that, every single game i have its running under 30 fps or even lower, starting with minecraft to assassins creed 4, infestation survival stories etc... before the GTX 770 i had a GT 520 and right now the 520 look better than 770
By the way if this helps: PSU 800W 87a on 12V rail
HELP ME!!!!!!!

Hot GPU is high 80's°C and max temp is mid 90's°C. It could be your CPU. No way to fix thermal throttling without fixing the cooling.

sometimes the 770 runs hot but since its my first gaming gpu i dont know at which point it is considered extremly hot, but anyway can i disbale the thermal throttling?

Thanks a lot, i Fixed the fan speeds with afterburner because i realizad They were running very very slow, and some other little tweaks here and there and its amazing Every game runs smooth, thanks again
