I need a Video Camera for filming underwater. I want one that is reliable and has good reviews. I would prefer one with a screen. It needs to be under $100 but I can go up to $150 for a REALLY good one. I would like it to have 1080p and I would prefer one that has a housing so that I do not accidentally flip a latch and flood it.

More about : good waterproof video camera

You're asking a lot for a small price.

But have you looked into the GoPro Hero3? It retails for ~$200, but you might be able to find one for cheaper.

I have looked at the go pro but it is not really what I am looking for.

Have you decided against going with either the Polaroid or Samsung you mentioned in another thread or are you looking for other suggestions?
If the latter is true, have you considered the Kodak PlaySport?

It is only waterproof up to 10'. Going to be tough to find one in that price range that is waterproof in a housing without a latch.
How deep do you want to be able to go with this video camera? That will aid in the search.

I just need a good one to take to the beach on spring break. I think I might go with the Veho Muvi HD NPNG edition. What do you think?

The Veho is getting good reviews on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Veho-VCC-005-MUVI-NPNG-Handsfree-...) and you can find other reviews at these links:
