hi iv been running on windows xp sp2 for a while and a friend gave me a hdd drive with windows 7 pre installed on it and it wont load it.
i know it loads the OS to specific motherboard settings but is there anyway to overcome this so i can use this hdd on my computer
p.s he a sony viao and my mobo is a asrock h61m-vg3
