SO i just got my xfx r9 290 was super excited put my waterblock on leak tested my loop andddd....bam when I try to install any drivers I cant even boot past the windows splash screen it just stops responding. I've been trying to figure this out for about 5 hours now and I'm at the end of my rope. Ive tried a bunch of different things but nothing works.

R9 290
8 gb Gskill ripjaws
