I was playing Far Cry 3, and I went up to 60 degrees, then it got higher gradually until it was 70. I was okay with it, thinking it'll go back down or just stay there, but it went up to 73 degrees.

At that point I exited the game (Far Cry 3)

I have a i5-4670k @ 3.4Ghz w/ Stock Cooler

Thats just due to using a stock cooler. You can buy an aftermarket cooler if you're uncomfortable with the temps, this aftermarket one should do just fine.

But at 73C you should be fine, prolonged use in the 75-80s is where you probably actually start to damage the CPU, and Intel CPUs can go up to 100C.
