ram not working - computer just beeps now :(

I just got some new ram online but once I installed it, it just made my computer beep 3 times and it doesn't boot up.

This is the Ram I am trying to make work: KTD-PE3168K4
This is the Motherboard I am using: h55m-e33

i'm not familiar with overclocking or bios specifications so i'm totally lost at this point.

That would make sense. When I remove the ram and start the computer without any ram, it does the same thing so I think you're right. Darn :( gotta get more ram now. Thanks for the help clarkey

I tried doing each one by itself and also doing each combination of pairs with the 4 sticks to be sure it wasn't just one bad stick. No luck

thanks very much for your help. I'll try looking for some unbuffered non ecc dram. any suggestions on some that would be compatible with my motherboard? i'm looking for 4x4gb

do you think these would work? KHX1333C9D3B1K2/8G
