Do you think my GTX 770 is broken down?

In Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 I notice at long distances some parts of the map are show shimmering objects. There're jagged objects and many graphical glitch. Some lamp lights go on and off rapidly. Everything is ULTRA and MAXED OUT (except Scale Resolution is 100). Is this normal? Is there anyway to get rid of it? I mean the game looks absolutely stunning but these small things frustrate me.
Far Cry 3 has more graphical glitches than BF3 and BF4.
CoD: Ghosts has sound glitches as the sound come and go. (It's MAXED OUT)
Total War ROME II is completely unplayable.
In general, all my games have micro-lags, fps is 60 though. In all the movies of the games, they lag a lot.

Specs:

  • intel Core i5 3570K
    Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB
    ASUS P8Z77-V LX
    Two Monitors (40inch + 32inch)(1080p for both)

    G.skill 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz

(NOTE: FPS sticks to 60fps except on glitches/lags moments it goes around 20~30 and goes up again)

Solution
Those look like texture popping/clipping issues, and honestly don't look like huge problems, which isn't indicative of anything wrong with your card. Try updating your drivers as Lazymonkey86 suggested.

Maybe the videos just weren't good examples but...

-The piece of debris in the Bf4 video is just clipping through the ground a bit. It's not your video card.
-The clouds popping in and out in Bioshock is that you are simply reaching an area where they decide those clouds should appear. Probably left over from the consoles that can't render distance as far.

If you're certain it's your card the take a look at the temps of your GPU while playing. BTW, Rome 2 is horribly optimized and I can't run it on max either.
