Hello all,

I just last year got myself a computer, it has been running just great up until last week when I got a gray screen with vertical lines while in a dota 2 match. Could not get any response from anything, so I did a hard shut down. Tried to boot up again and it went through the normal stuff and when it got to the windows logo, half the logo was fuzzy ish. After the logo faded, a black screen appeared and there it sat for over 10 minutes, not doing a thing. Shut it down, tried again! But it stopped at the same point. It will boot in safe mode, but everything is off color. I fear my graphics card has kicked the bucket. Hope someone has dealt with this before. And if this is the wrong thread, tell me that too. I'm new here. By the way the graphics card is a Gigabyte Radeon 7950.

So I tried my card on my friends computer, he has the same build as I do. And the card acted exactly how it did on my computer. So it's safe to say the card is done.
