Hello everyone.

Just joined this great website.
So my question is as follows,

My buddy just upgraded to a better card in his system. He left me with a little 610 1gb ddr3.

I was curious to know if I could slip that in my system and use it as a dedicated Physx card.

More about : dedicated physx card

If the question is could, then yes, you probably could. The question ought to be should you. What graphics card are you running right now, and do you play PhysX-enabled games?

Welcome, by the way!

If you have a primary AMD card, no you cannot use it for PhysX. If you have an Nvidia primary, then you could, but you shouldn't because that card is very weak and will more than likely slow the game down more than just having the primary GPU calculate PhysX.
