I need a new mobo for my 8320 considering i have it on my 970a-g46 and my cpu runs hot. how is the M5A97 R2.0?

Do you think it would run cooler for and would OC to the normal 4ghz or 4.2 ok? i would love to get the other but tiger direct wont let me use the online code for the discount so i would save 20$ and a mail in rebate getting this one. Is my high temps on my processor now due to my mobo or heatsink needing to be replaced? thanks so much you have been great in helping me

It has a 4+2 power phase design , so it will do ok with some mild overclocking with decent cooler.

Better power phase design , will overclock well and be a little cooler.

ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 Got this guy

think ill set up push pull on my heatsink and use less thermal paste than what i did yesterday considering i had small drip in the side.
