I was on and my computer started getting glitchy with the sound, so I restarted. Now this is where it all goes down after the restart the mouse was skipping around and the sound was skipping again so I turned it all off. Then when I went to turn it on I have no USB power for my keyboard or mouse and my second HD starts trying to load windows xp ( I usually run win 7 and it doesn't try win xp ) so if I could get some help that would be great thx.
