I'm not too experienced with graphic cards. I've got two 24" 1080p monitors and I want to make sure I don't run into any problems graphics-wise. I currently have a Radeon 5450, which sucks (I keep getting driver errors). Should I purchase a new card or can I use the 5450, assuming I can fix the driver issues?

Here are my specs:
Intel Core Duo E5500 2.8ghz
Radeon 5450 512MB
4GB RAM

As long as you're just stretching the desktop across two monitors and not trying to game across both (since that would put the center of view right in the gap created by the bezels), just about any graphics setup can handle that, sometimes even motherboard/cpu integrated graphics (as long as the motherboard has more than one video output port)
