looking for a 9-10/10 120MM fan for after market cooler.

I want to get your opinions on what you think is the highest performance, most silent, 1800-2000 RPM, and most easy to instal onto the heat sink. What would be amazing is blue LEDs too to match my other fans and case! Also needs to be an exhaust fan.

My radiator is the enermax black twister t40
