I am planing to make a PC. I already have the parts, but I am think forward to overclocking it. I have never OCed a gaming PC before. So, I want to know if I should OC my GPU or CPU? Which one should be OCed? Maybe both? I know that when someone has a low end GPU, but they have a higher end CPU the only thing to be done is to OC the GPU.

That's not what I mean't... but you should get a GPU with a good cooler or get a GPU with stock OEM and get a nice aftermarket cooler.

GPU with good cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121838 & http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zotac-video-card-zt7050410p
Stock OEM/Hot: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121822
Goof aftermarket coolers: http://www.arctic.ac/us_en/products/cooling/vga.html
