Looking to upgrade Graphics card

I was wondering if someone could help guide me on a couple of things
I currently have a Geforce GT 620 and i want to upgrade it to either a Geforce GTX 760 or 770.
I'm positive that i need to upgrade my PSU but i would like to know how many watts to get and if i need to upgrade anything else.

OS: Windows 7 home premium
Processor : Intel core i7-3770 3.40GHz

You would be best with a 600W (or better) high quality PSU. I have a GTX 760 running fine on another machine with a Rosewill 530W PSU, but if I had foreseen moving to the 760, I would have gotten a 600W. The 770 should be fine with a 600W also.

you can run a 780 on a 500-550w psu so a gtx 760 would be perfectly fine with a little to spare.
