I'd recommend 600 watts+ for a 770, the quality of psu you can afford is determined by your budget. Personally, I would say corsair hx 750 is the way to go: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139010

Well there's no need for a 750 watts unless you are planning for multi-GPU setup like SLI in the future... A single GTX 770 doesn't need anything more than 600 watts... here's a good reference for recommended wattage requirement of the GPUs:

A good quality 600 watts PSU comes at much lower price point.

As I have mentioned in my earlier post a very good quality seasonic 620W psu is available at 79.99 dollars from Amazon.com. So, its much less expensive than HX 750.
Again, there's no harm in having some extra power if you can afford it but it should come in use in the future. For that its better to get a 850W so that you can SLI another 770 in the future. Getting a 750W serves no purpose and a PC with a single 770 will not perform any better with a 750W than a 650W. They will perform the same.
