So currently (including monitor) I will be running around $1300 for my pc which I want to build. Its feeling a bit pricey though but i'm afraid to get rid of some of the parts because they've been said to be most compatible as a hackintosh. Do you guys have any recomendations or ideas on how to cut some costs without reducing the chances of it working as a mac? Heres the part list:

Corsair CX-600 Modular 80+ Bronze Power Supply $105.00

Intel Core i5 4440 $215.00

BenQ GL2460HM 24in Widescreen LED Monitor $189.00

Gigabyte GA-Z87X-HD3 Motherboard $179.00

ASUS DRW-24D3ST 24x DVD Writer $24.00

[strike]G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL8D-8GBRM 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 $109.00[/strike]Kingston ValueRAM KVR16N11S8K2/8 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 $99

Western Digital WD Blue 1TB WD10EZEX $69.00

Palit GeForce GTX 760 2GB $289.00

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo $49.00

BitFenix Shinob $86

Any recomendations or is this as good as it will get? If i missed any parts just tell me. I have them listed. Ask for any more information

p.s i want to run mavericks on the computer but if i have to i can pretty much go with any of the other os' down to snow leopard

Really? I cant find ram much cheaper than that say for a few dollars. I will go for the Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 motherboard which saves me 25$.

You can easily find a motherboard for 130, and for ram look at the set that filippi suggested.

In Australia the prices are higher so what you have is actually a really good setup for that price. Just look at the sites that you can buy from and just see if you can find a cheaper one, if not don't worry because you have a good rig right now.
