How will it run these games? R9 270x AMD A6-6400K

How will this PC build run Battlefield 4, Arma 3, Total War: Rome 2 and Crisis 3?

The components are:
CPU: AMD A6-6400K
Graphics Card: R9 270x
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV - LGA 1150
RAM: Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: Termaltake Litepower 600W

And also is a Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD reliable? And should i buy a different CPU fan or just use the stock one?

and a 270x should handle those games well at 1080p. Caviar blue is not recommended to be used as a primary drive, but a lot of people do so you'll be fine. As long as you don't OC the stock one will work, but getting an aftermarket one never hurts as there is a huge difference. The coolermaster hyper 212 is a nice one to start with.
