How will this PC build run Battlefield 4, Arma 3, Total War: Rome 2 and Crisis 3?

The components are:
CPU: AMD A6-6400K
Graphics Card: R9 270x
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV - LGA 1150
RAM: Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: Termaltake Litepower 600W

And also is a Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD reliable? And should i buy a different CPU fan or just use the stock one?

Very well for all of them, but how much are you paying for the R9 270X?

The A6-6400k will bottleneck the R9 270X, you'll need a better CPU.
WD blue are great drives.
How much are you looking to spend?
Do you need a OS?
Do you need a case?
Do you need a Optical drive?

my budget it $850 no including the OS. and i have a case and an optical drive. is there any problem with the ram i had put down or did you include that because it was a cheaper option? the case is a Thermaltake Black Commander MS-III Mid Tower Chassis will this be large enough?

Cheaper. But if you do get corsair make sure it's CAS 9 or lower.
What case do you have?

Not to be mean but that case's PSU mount is on top (Better on bottom, PSU get fresh air what way and you will have better air flow with no wire hanging down and top exhaust, heat rises), No fan slots on top, no cable management.

Try this: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-rck380kwn1
