ok guys just bought a phenom II x4 965 BE from amazon, and i just recieved it, i put in comp but its showing up as a phenom II x2 560, is it something im doing or did the guy i bought this from scam me

if CPU-z (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html) shows it as a phenom II x2 560 then yes you got scammed. Each cpu has a unique id and that will tell you what the id for your cpu is and what cpu it belongs to.
