Is my PSU strong enough

I'm currently running an AMD 7870LE (PowerColor 7870LE Myst Ed) and I'm getting graphical corruption and it's running fairly warm. I'm also getting tired of it sounding like a jet engine when it heats up, fan speeds below 40% are barely noticable but it spins up to 50-60% (cooling on this card sucks big time!).

That aside I just ordered an Asus Nvidia GTX 770 DCUII 2GB card. I'm wondering if my Corsair TX650M PSU will be strong enough to power the new card. I believe it will I would just like some of my fellow techies input on my PSU.

System Specs: (should be in my sig if not see below)
Gigabyte GA-z77X UD5H
i5 3570K
16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600
WD 500GB Black (I know, no SSD it's a shame isn't it. Will be fixing that soon!)
CM 690 II Advance Case
CM Hyper 212 Evo.
Win7 Premium 64-bit
