My friend put together this list, and as I've never built something this cheap, I have no clue what it can do lol.

He wants it to be able to go online, run a 64bit OS, play YouTube videos, maybe Skype, he wants Windows 7/8 (64bit).

He said he'd like to know what games he could play on a 720p screen, but, I have no clue lol. I told him Minesweeper xD

Any advice would be great.

Look better? I ditched the 1866 RAM cause it's very minimal effect to gameplay, also did 2 modules. And the FM2+

this should do the trick

Both MSI and Gigabyte motherboards don't have VRM heat sinks, only Ver.3 of the Gigabyte motherboard supports FM2+ socket. But well, I guess that is the best he can get for his money.
Is PNY a trusted graphics card manufacturer?
I think the minimum PSU for a HD 7770 should be 500w. If that is the limit of his budget maybe a HD 7750 is a better idea.
