What is my bottleneck? And how should I improve my rig?

Where should I begin to upgarde? I would like to spend around 300$. Here is my current build:

CPU: Sandy Bridge i5-2500k @ 4.4Ghz
Mobo: ASUS P8Z68-V Pro LGA 1155
GPU : ASUS GTX 670 4Gb
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8Gb (2x4Gb) DDR3 x 1600
Power : Corsair Enthusiast TX650
Hard Drive : WD 1Tb 7200 , Samsung SSD 125Gb
Cooling : Corsair Hydro Serious H80

well you have a solid build for this time period if you want better gaming performance gtx770 4gb but then again your 670isnt bad and a 770 will go over budget so looks like the next thing would be your cpu and ram or you could go with a newer mobo and new cpu... you could go amd and do this
