RIVE Black + Noctua D14 + Corsair Dominator PLATINUM will it fit?

Hello,

I have problem, will it fit all together:
Noctua NH-D14-2011
Asus Rampage IV Extreme Black Edition
Corsair Dominator PLATINUM

Mobo is E-ATX with some space around CPU. RAM is high profile and is not compatible with cooler Ram compatibility.

So my question is will I be able use 4 sticks of RAM on this build if I place my ram like that:
RAM | SLOT | RAM | SLOT - CPU - SLOT | RAM | SLOT | RAM
PS. With horizontal or vertical cooler setup

If no can you suggest some alternatives of similar quality cooling or is it better to chose another RAM?

I would get the Corsair RAM. Although it costs more, It has a lifetime warranty offered by Corsair, whereas the Team Vulcan ram warranty is by OCUK. IDK how OCUK is to deal with on returns but I have returned modules to Corsair and there were no questions asked. Highly recommended!
