Not likely. Sandy Bridge cpu's are very capable and as far as I can remember, all high end cards and some powerful SLI/Crossfire configurations can be fed by them.
A single 680 wont bottleneck in my opinion

my friend the one who is selling the 680 told me that my i5 2320 will hold back 680's performance by 10-20% on cpu intensive games like metroLL , AC4 and crysis 3...
Nope that i5 is a very good one and if it can handle a GTX 770 without any issue (GTX 770 is just a rebranded and overclocked 680) then it should have 0 problems with a 680
