These PSUs are the only ones that are available here. Please help me pick one.

Processor Intel i5-4440
Motherboard MSI B85-G43
Hard Drive SATA2 500Gig Seagate 7200rpm
Memory 8GB G.Skill Rip Jaws PC1600 (2x4GB)
Optical Disk Drive ASUS DVDRW
Chassis COOLER MASTER K280
A4TECH V8-bloody gaming mouse
Edifier M1360 2.1

For only dota 2, word, power point, browsing...

CORSAIR VS450 450W - $36
AEROCOOL VP PRO 500W - $40
THERMALTAKE LITEPOWER 500W BLACK EDITION - $40
ANTEC VP450P 450W - $43
THERMALTAKE LITEPOWER 600W BLACK EDITION - $47
COOLER MASTER EXTREME 2 525W - $47
THERMALTAKE SMART 530W 80+ - $48
CORSAIR VS550 550W - $50
COOLERMASTER THUNDER MODULAR 520W - $55

I would only like a black PSU with sleeved cables. A cool branding on the side of the PSU would also be awesome! hahaha. And I'm leaning towards the modular one but ppl say CM isn't good at PSU's.

Solution

get the CORSAIR VS550 550W then

Even with a GPU 400w is enough, Dell uses 330w in their X51 which comes with a GTX 770/670.

Can you please point me to the specifications page of the X51 with gtx 760 and a 330W?

330W is way too less for a pc with gtx 760. Manufacturer itself (Nvidia) specifies a PSU of 500W with 30A on the 12V rail.

I highly doubt the stability of a gtx 760 on a 330W PSU whatever brand it may be. Plus there is a 600 W option also may be its for the higher power cards. 330W PSU will never be recommended for a 760 atleast by me.

Oh yeah GTX 760 on a 330w PSU is not what anyone should recommend for a build, I was just stating that.
600w is not sold by Dell.

Besides this 330W thing that they are using is an adapter custom designed by them. PSUs available in market in that range will not provide the current required by the card (30 A).

How is it the GPU uses 30 amps when the wire going from your power outlet to the PSU only carries 15 amps?

Get a 500W PSU. Enough for these cards. Seasonic, Corsair, Silverstone, Thermaltake, XFX are good brands in PSU. I dont recommend the Cooler Master one. So, THERMALTAKE LITEPOWER 500W BLACK EDITION will be nice.

That is AC 15amps. The PSU converts it into dc and increases its amperage. This conversion makes it damn hot.
Power=Voltage*Current.

Card runs on 12v, and needs 30amp current, so a psu=12x30=360W. (Only for card). Should be minimum.
If you dont believe me, cut the 12v line of your PSU and check it with a multimeter. :)
