air cooling or liquid cooling which one should choose for my system

im going to updrade my PC
for play games on it
system;
intel core 2 duo 2.93 GHZ
4 GB 2 transcend 2 kingstone ram
intel DG41rq board
no graphic card
250 PSU
320 samsung drive
NEW System;
Intel DH77EB Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4GB PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU
Intel 3.3 GHz LGA 1155 Core i3 2120
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 1GB DDR5

Which cooling system I should choose but not very expensive around 50$

GTX 650 is good for gaming at 720p. There is a 1GB GTX 650 and a 2GB GTX 650. Since the GPU is not strong enough for gaming at higher resolutions where the extra memory is needed and the 2GB is probably pricier you should go with the 1 GB GTX 650.

The stock cooler will be fine and if that is not sufficient enough you can buy a cooler master hyper 212 evo air cooler for 35$. Water cooler is not necessary at all, your CPU has locked multiplier and can't be overclocked.
